4 man coms

Hey guys i have a request for support here. I run a 4 man team where we break into two two man teams. We all communicate in a discord call but it gets loud and confusing with all of us in there at the same time. I would like to have proximity chat always on and a "team radio" on PTT.

Are there any better ideas other than the two partners being in their own separate discord calls and in game PTT for the teams in game?
