Abnormal EKG - please help

I’ve been having bad chest pains especially where my heart is, and sometimes out of breath fast which leads to difficulty breathing. Back pains also sometimes leg pains. I started to get all of these symptoms since last month I had Covid for the 3rd time. My EKG was normal last year. I’m referred to a Cardiologist as my Dr said it’s concerning.

And I’m only 28 years old…
