How do you feel about Ramy's relationship with Amani?

As an Arab-American, it feels weird. I've never been a huge fan of the whole 1st cousins getting married thing but it seems to be relatively common in my community. I have had extended family members marry their 1st cousins, and it's worked out alright. However, it still is weird to me. Not shocking perse, moreso uncomfortable.

I wish the show didn't include it because while it DOES happen, it isn't something that I am particularly interested in continuing. And it isn't a stereotype I want spread to Westerners.

What are your thoughts?
