this is jarvis! what do you think of him? 🫶🏻

this is our bunny, jarvis. i rescued him from a bad home and hes had a bad (beginning of) life. it was a long time ago when i posted on this sub asking for advice because i just wanted to heal him. his progress has been beautiful and i feel blessed that he let me love him. now the important question that i have and main reason for posting is: is he healthy? how does he look to you guys? i just want to make sure everything is good and i want to be the best parent possible for him please 🙏🏻 also i dont know his breed or really how old he is. i think he has existed for at least 5-6 years but am unsure and all previous owners dont know either upon asking.

(a little backstory ⬇️) when i first got jarvis, he came from a home that had just left him in a tote with his water and hay right next to him. he never got love, never got treats, never got taken out (because he was deemed to be aggressive by owner), he was never groomed or cared for. it was miserable for him so i took him. it took a little bit of convincing but at the end of the night i had returned home with a pet carrier in hand and a bag of pellets. his home before that he was in a small dog cage with a litter box and water bowl 2 inches from his body and he was only taken out to be picked up (& dropped because “he bit” but i would bite too). he never really knew love and i could see how much sadness he lived in. we had a rocky start. he didnt like me much but i didnt take it personal, animals need boundaries too. he was free roam in my bedroom and he was litter trained and had a litter box in the corner. he had toys, space (my dad had a big house), fresh water, carpet, enrichment, and daily veggies & weekly fruit. it took a really long time for me to see him play and hop around but the day that i saw him kinda twist in mid-air was the day i knew it was working (: fast forward to now and i have my now wife and jarvis’s second mom and he couldnt be happier (i think & hope). he lets us touch him, pet him, pick him up on his terms, he chases us wherever we go, he loves raspberries and cilantro, he is very naughty and loves to wreak havoc in any possible way. he loves his grandma, he has a weird attachment to this blanket that we gave him, he’s very spoiled and very loved whenever he “acts up” i just cant be mad because when i first got jarvis he didnt leave his carrier for days and now he has character and a personality.
