It's Valentine's Day, the power's out, so naturally, I'm working on my TTRPG elevator pitch. What's yours?

Grimoires of the Unseen is a folklore-infused dark historical fantasy TTRPG set in 14th-century Europe. Play as a knight, nun, physician, alchemist, poacher, or midwife—ordinary people drawn into a secret organization within the Knights Templar that confronts supernatural threats to protect the innocent. As you risk your life, sanity, and soul, you will find that combat is brutal, magic is dangerous, and there is no return to the world you once knew.

The game encourages both tactical depth and narrative freedom. It offers a tiered skill system (Unskilled to Legendary) and a small d20 dice pool, ensuring that expertise and circumstance shape every roll.

I’d love to hear your TTRPG elevator pitch! How do you sum up your world in just a few sentences? Also, any feedback on mine would be much appreciated. Is it a strong hook? Anything you’d tweak?
