Quitting due to pneumomediastinum/fluid in lungs

(20M) Started receiving chronic chest pain. One day I hit my vape and started coughing, then had a hard time breathing. Had to go to the ER a couple times, got hospitalized a week+ each visit. They find air all around my chest/lungs, including some type of pneumonia or “ground glass opacities”.

I quit vaping, it’s been about a week maybe, but I’m going through stuff (extreme anxiety/finding right psychiatric meds), so it’s been hard. 6MG zyn doesn’t help, neither do 4MG gum/lozenges. I guess the zyn helps the cravings, but is there something else I can do? Also don’t like the tummy aches.
