Sending my Items to current Games.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I have Pokebank and Poke Transporter. I’m trying to send some of my items from my Leaf Green upwards to the switch games. I found out I can get the items to Diamond, but it seems like held items cannot be traded from Diamond to Black&White. Does anyone know a way around this?
