Help I don’t know how to get this item

So I’m currently in island 1 right now and I’m near the top of Mt. Ember but there’s this item that I can’t seem to get to the right of the peak… does anyone know how to solve this puzzle to get this item? It’s behind a puzzle so it must be a good item… maybe a tm or something…
