Should this pipe have been used to supply water to a hose where freezing weather occurs?
Is this a frost proof pipe? This is the pipe a plumber removed from our home that was connected to our outside hose hook up, he said he replaced it with a frost proof hose bibb so that leads me to believe this one in the photo that he removed was not frost proof. I need some expert advice here.
