Hair loss after plastic surgery?

I had a breast augmentation about 10 days ago. I went twice to get my hair washed and both times I lost a large amount of hair, way more than I did pre surgery. I have briefly read online that this can be a side effect of the surgery- something with your body being in shock or because of anesthesia. Has this happened to any of you? When did it return to normal and which treatments did you take if any? Thank you in advance.
