Real estate agent shop window poster

I am a real estate agent and need a shop window poster in A2 size (420x594 mm) in portrait format.

I have attached my original photo in my grey suit and another photo of a man who is holding a little house in his hands. Can you please replace that man holding the house with me but keep the hands that holding the house (since AI generated pictures always mess up the hands)? If you need to show more body please keep in mind that I am fuller than the man in the example photo, so it's the best to show not too much body.
