Pizzeria Beddia?!?

All, just at Pizzeria Beddia after an afternoon walking around Fishtown. Got the arriabbata with sausage add on. It was sensational, thin but really delicious crust, cheese was very good. Just oily for mouthfeel. But what is the reasoning for the price? Not a complaint, would and will pay again but what drives the price? Ingredients? Baking style? Staff pay? Just curious, won’t change my mind on getting it again. Btw liked it like Angelo’s but different styles.
