Teaching courses etc. for future employment

Hey! As I'm nearing the end of my phd (psychology), I'm looking for some online courses to improve my teaching skills (both for my own development and to look good in CV).

Do you know of any good ones (best if they would be free)?

Also I would appreciate any courses or other activities to become more attractive on the academia job market.
