I need some weight loss advice

I have posted previously on this subreddit it’s been a month and I am tired of finding a weight loss lifestyle, okay so i tried to be on a normal protien intake 60-70 gm with 30 min of strength Training so I would only loose fat but because I come under obese, my hight is 5.1 and I weight 75 kg , I am an Indian vegetarian, I mean I do eat eggs and meat but not on daily diet so I am thinking of eating exactly the same things but less quantity like around 1300 cal per day and 1 hour cardio I think because first I want to loose the weight and once I loose 8-9 kgs I will start eating more protien and strength training. Will this plan work ?
