From 156 to 142 I wanted to get to 135 but I’ve been just focusing on body recomp and that’s been great 😊 can’t wait to tone up more. Eat at 1800, 120g protein and 4ish strength based training workouts a week (push,pull,legx2) I also walk a decent about since I don’t have a car
