Serious question and discussion : is this guy legit???

So this guy is offering to sell a brand new built computer on fo marketplace for a crazy cheap price esp in this current pc part economy, he has previous listings and sounds super legitimate. If you go through the conversation you can tell he means serious business and is even willing to keep it on hold for me since I spoke with him first. Let me know what you guys think.
