Advice for talking with my daughter about using items for masturbation

I have to go through my daughter’s room (15F) because she is in the hospital for self harm and I am making sure her room is safe.

Normally I wouldn’t because I am all about privacy. While going through I found some items that appear to be used for masturbation.

I’m not anti-masturbation but the items she is using are not safe for this and I would rather just buy her something that is safe and easy for her to clean and care for.

How do I have this conversation with minimal embarrassment for her? I know she didn’t want me to find these things but I’m honestly kind of relieved this is the worst thing I’ve found.
