Monitoring stand work modes, Food choices, and worker Traits

From what I've read, hard work and super hard work mode increases workspeed by 25%/50%, and drains an extra 6/12 SAN per minute respectively. I don't know how much it increases hunger rate.

You can have up to two Alpha wave generators in your base which slow the rate SAN decreases I do not know how much this is unfortunately.
Beta wave generator seems to increase workspeed by 10% which you can only have one of.

For food choices:
All food buffs last 10 minutes. Oddly enough, you don't want foods that provide the most nutrition or provide hunger resist because you want your food buffs to have 100% uptime. This might be affected by increased hunger drain from hard work mode though.

You can have Salad or Minestrone which buff Workspeed by 30%
Pancake or French fries buff SANresist by 25%
Of these easy to automate foods, I think Salad is the best since it doesn't provide too much nutrition so pals will constantly have the food buff, and it's cheaper than Minestrone.

Spring rolls buff SANresist by 50%, but require mushrooms. These technically can be automated with a base by the mushroom trees in Sakurajima, and using logging pals.

The mozzarina hamburger and dumud Chowder are theoretically the best foods since they increase work speed by 50% and SAN resist by 25%, but meat isn't able to be automated.

For worker traits I wonder what is best? Remarkable Craftsmanship, Artisan, Workslave, Serious: 175% workspeed.
Remarkable Craftsmanship, Artisan, Workslave, Nocturnal: 155% workspeed.
Remarkable Craftsmanship, Artisan, Workslave, Heart of the Immovable King: 155% Workspeed, 20% SANresist.
Remarkable Craftsmanship, Artisan, Heart of the Immovable King, Nocturnal: 125% workspeed, 20% SANresist.

Is it worth bumping the monitoring stand up to super hard mode and trying to counteract the sanity drain? Or should you just stick to normal and stack as many workspeed buffs as you can.

Each Shroomer in your base provides 10% SANresist, or 15% fully condensed. I don't know if it's worth having these taking up a slot of a worker. Maybe something to consider if you play with 20 pals per base, but I play with the default 15.

Edit: I also couldn't find this information anywhere. What are the numbers behind the sanity regen on the different pal beds? If all your pals are nocturnal do you even need more that just a few beds for upset pals? Are the giant beds worth it?
