Electronic ECF Updated Less Than 24 Hours, However No Count Updates Since 11/20/24!

I have been looking for someway to get my PSLF Counts updated. I did an ECF in Jan and I submitted one yesterday. I will admit it was impressive they updated and accepted my ECF in 18 Hours. However I have been waiting for my counts to update since 11/20/24.

I have no idea what I can do. I really am frustrated, but I keep telling myself it is out of my control.

I am on ICR.
