go21 security bank cc delivery

has anyone had these reasons for failed delivery attempts via go21? what did you do to resolve the issue?

today (dec 20) lang ako tinext ni secbank but yesterday pa pala dispatched and there was a delivery attempt. i don’t understand why they couldn’t give out my number to the courier for easier comms when i had no problem with the same courier for my ub debit card :(
