Qualified for BPI switch and fly promo cashback that expired last July

Ngayon ko lang po nalaman yung about sa switch and fly promo that ended on july and parang pasok naman po sana sa minimum spend, date of approval and spend date. Last July po natapos yung promo. Is it still okay to still call cs and verify if qualifies po ako for the cashback? Tysm.
