Switch and Fly points received on my Vybe App (April)
Earlier today, I received my 180k points from Switch and Fly, tried to call BPI via viber, but it won’t go through.
Tried again just this evening, 10:30PM, and was able to push through via viber, luckily the agent i was able to talk with already mentioned that my shopping credits will be 15k.
She said that the old conversion rate will be honored as long as it will be noted in the request that it was the points from the switch and fly promo.
Even if the automated message will say that only certain requests can be processed from 8PM onwards, the agents can actually process points~>shopping credits requests.
I hope this post helps, because i’ve been reading that some are having difficulties in contacting them via viber and/or having difficulties in requesting for the old rate.
