What do you tell people who ask about your weightloss?

Recently, some friends have been noticing my weightloss. They asked me how did I do it and I told them I do intermittent fasting and changed my diet to healthier options. (which I have been doing before starting ozempic). They asked this question in front of a friend who knows I've been on ozempic for two months.

I told my friend in private that I felt uncomfortable not telling the complete truth (ozempic) but I also feel my weightloss journey is personal and I chose who to tell (the people who know are really close or also taking oz). I know it's none of their business but I feel a certain kind of guilt not telling them specially when someone who knows the truth is there listening.

Edit: I don't believe saying you take Oz is shameful or wrong but there is a lot of misinformation in the media and people believe that it is a miracle drug that does not require any effort.

I'm also taking oz for health reasons which I don't feel comfortable discussing with anyone.
