How do you learn about matchups?

I am fairly new to tcgs and I have been getting into the op tcg, but I been confused on how many matchups work and whats effective against decks like Doffy and Enel among others.

I am trying to learn little by little but I also wanted to see what people do to learn and, most importantly, understand the matchups between decks.
