Game loads into Vanilla Hoi4

I am hesitant to call it a bug as I only had this mod on in it's own playlist. However, every time I open up the game only the vanilla game loads. I don't know if this is the Mod itself or if it is Hoi's problem or even something with my PC. If this is a dumb question, apologies.
