Travelling outside of Canada twice in 1 month. How long should I wait between arrival and departure?

COVID-19 is making travel complicated. I plan to go to Mexico for vacation in the beginning of January for a week, and then 10 days after arriving back in Canada I will be going to California for a week. I’m fully vaccinated. Is there any issues with leaving the country again so close to my arrival? Is there a necessary quarantine after I arrive before leaving again? It is hard to keep up with rules….
