Question about three prime

So i been seeing reviews or people post about the three prime prebuilt pc. It doesnt show fans at the bottom, below the gpu, but i see everyone that has gotten the three prime has fans at the bottom. Does it include fans at bottom and just not in the pictures or are people adding it themselves?
