whats the best fps booster mod thing

when i play msc on my laptop it feels like its 20 or lower (not sure just shows 20) sometimes its goes slightly higher to like 21 to 24 but on my computer at my fathers its a proper gaming pc so i get like 4x more fps just wanna know which mod is the best cause i want more than 20

my laptop specs:

Processor AMD Athlon Gold 7220U with Radeon Graphics 2.40 GHz

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.24 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

extra: i play with barely any settings, no house lighting (90% of the time if im not in my house) and stuff like that
