Does anyone know how to smooth out an indented waistline after years of wearing tight boxers and pants?
I had to wear tight pants and boxers for years growing up because I was slightly overweight, and my wide hips didn’t help. Now that I’m transitioning, I’ve noticed an indent around my waist, and it’s really dysphoric. A friend suggested switching to high-rise pants and focusing on lower body workouts to help, but I’m not sure if that’s the best approach. Has anyone dealt with this or found ways to fix it?
