SW 241 CW 183 TW about 160 Can’t believe that I’ve got this far but the time has flown by! I haven’t changed what I eat, just been conscious of portion size, avoiding really fatty foods and cutting out snacking I haven’t been exercising other than walking but New Year’s resolution is to start doing some weights at home to build back some muscle
