Just started questions

I’m only 3 days into Mounjaro journey, starting on 2.5mg standard dose.

I appreciate it’s different for everyone but I wondered when did others start to feel the difference, such a reduction in food noise. I’ve had some minor sickness and headaches, but not major drop in appetite.

With normal dieting I’d previously gone from 118kg to 88kg before going back up to around 96kg (I always seem to put weight on in autumn/winter and also had started a new stressful job). This rebound was what finally triggered my decision on Mounjaro.

During this previous dieting time I’ve noticed I’d lost a lot of fair amount of muscle mass. I wonder what sort of protein foods people have to maintain protein intake but also stay within a calorie deficit?
