Credit card balance - would it make any difference?

Hello again to this most helpful of groups.

Likely to be a FTB this year. Have a deposit of £20k which we'll likely need most of for the deposit. A chunk of it is in a H2B ISA so there will be some extras for legals etc.

I have a credit card balance of £2600, all of which is on 0% rate (thank you, balance transfers), and none of it is on new credit. Credit score in the high 900s. Total available credit is like £20k (2 cards with no balance and this one).

Plan is to bang £200 or so off the balance per month, so it'll likely be £2k by the time I take the plunge in the summer.

Was thinking of making a bigger dent from savings - but there's no point, is there? Lenders aren't going to make big differences in decision between someone with £18k deposit and £0 credit card balance, and one with £20k deposit and £2k with over a year on an interest free rate, are they?

Cheers
