Any good recommendations on good sources for non speedrunning builds?

I’ve most recently watched a cool video about how the speedrun meta shouldn’t be how we build our characters because, most of the time, they demand a flawless execution that very few players can achieve, and even those who can achieve this level of play can’t do it frequently enough to justify running a speedrun build when not speedrunning. The problem is when looking for builds on YouTube and other sites you only run into speedrunning builds, not concerned with survivability etc, just max dps builds that trust you’ll play the weapon like a pro. So I thought I’d ask around here to see if anyone can guide me through this rough road to finding the “common man meta”. I really appreciate all the answers and thank you all in advance.
