Mist Glacia Vs Velkhana bow

Currently I’m using the Mist Glacia in my Ice Bow builds but I was wondering if the Velkhana bow might be better? I know it has more raw power but Mist Glacia outclasses it with more elemental damage. I wanted to get more opinions before I put work into crafting it.
