Sos missions disappearing.

So after 9pm CST every night I go from finding 2 pages of sos investigations every time I search to only finding exactly 2 every search. At first the search is instant, after 9pm it takes forever and times out without finding anything sometimes. There's no way everyone is logging out at the exact same time every night is there? I've checked my connection thoroughly and nothing is wrong there.
