Pediatrician isn't sure about the COVID vaccine for my 1 year old. Should or shouldn't I get her the vaccines?

(she's current on all other vaccines, I just meant the 3 COVID shots she isn't)

We asked her pediatrician about it two weeks ago, and she seemed really unsure. She commented most children do really well with COVID, and that some studies have linked heart issues to the vaccine.

My baby was premature though and has gotten sick a lot, despite being current on all her other vaccines. I'm concerned that she might be the small percentage that would not do well against COVID. But I can't be sure, and maybe I'm being dramatic.

Her dad wants me to decide so we can call tomorrow and make an appt with the health department, if we are both yes. He says he's unsure and that I can decide.

Not in the best mental state rn and could use advice on this, since it's important.
