Helping wife through army deployment.

I am getting married going on a great honeymoon and just found out I’ll be deployed 8 days later for 10 months. I’m not a very emotional person I tend to show through physical touch or gift giving. My wife has anxiety. I am currently building a book that shows and explains how to fix anything in the house. How to turn the water or power on/off how to change the pool or hvac filter etc. anything to lessen any anxiety while I’m away. We won’t be able to talk much so I’m probably getting her a stuffed animal with voice recording as well. Does anyone have any other ideas that may help? She has a strong friend and family network on both sides and she gets the army life we’ve been together for 8 years. I’m just looking for things I can do for her. Thanks.
