Why are my graphics like this?

I’m not sure why my graphics look very pixely all of a sudden. Its only in game and not during the menus and what not. The last clip you can clearly see the blur to the plane and hangars graphics. If it does help, I did download drivers for my gpu (1060 6gb) recently and I noticed the lag started momentarily afterwards
