Broken PS pump mounting bolt

Replaces power steering pump, when I torqued it down it snapped off.

I have removed the pump alternator and serpentine tensioner for more access and visibility.

2005 buick lacrosse 3.8l v6

I have tried drilling but I cannot get it to center even with a center punch, I don't want to make it worse so I have been gentle with it. I tried a chisel and hammer and that backed it out a bit.

I'm afraid I may need to lower the subframe for direct access through the wheel well.

I work far from home and cannot continue affording ubers everyday. I don't wish to risk the other bolt breaking due to the extra stress if I try to run it.
