Question

So in February 2025 someone rear ended me and pushed me into another car in front of me. Just got my car back and I thought this was a peace of paper stuck in there , bur the guy at the body shop told me thats how this comes . Its so ugly wtf lol. Has anyone else had this big piece of metal connected to their bumper 😒😒😩.?
