Need serious help

I took a drop this year went to a coaching in my city , I am not blaming the cc but tbh it did not help me they took almost month for one chapter like solutions and when only 3 months were left for neet they complete the whole chemistry in like 20-30 days same with the bio teachers but I just accepted the way it was , i gave weekly test and was getting 300 around . Guys less than 60 days are left just please tell me what to do I am not dreaming of medical clg this year if my parents allow me then I will take another drop and if not I will happily do something else but I don’t wanna get below 400 because that will break me and my parents from inside and they will consider me as their dumb child and will loose all their hopes also my cc has started this series of test which are held in every 4 days tbh I gave 2 of them but I feel they just not helping me because of test I am in that rush of completing a chapter even if my concepts are not clear . In biology I have studied everything but tbh my memory is weak so I will have to study everything once again ( my physics chemistry syllabus is incomplete tbh I feel starting se padhu imp chapters
