UPS screwed up! Help
My Lisa Murakami wallet was supposedly delivered on Friday 7/3. My concierge signed for it. But the package was for someone else in my building who had an ups delivery from Zara home. My tracking says delivered but mine never arrived. Her tracking says her package is lost, but hers was delivered on Friday. On reviewing building cctv, ups driver arrives with 1 large box only, so never had my order. UPS have opened a case but as far as they are concerned they’ve delivered it. I spoke to my credit card company - they say this will be hard to prove despite the camera footage. I feel sick as it’s a lot of money for purse that I don’t have. Is there anything else I can do to try and get my purse or my money back. Is there any point in speaking to LV? I hate UPS - they always have some delivery issue. I also did not authorise the concierge to sign on my behalf. Any help gratefully received. I go on holiday in 36 hours and want to try and do as much as I can to sort this before I fly.
Thankfully my M pouch arrived today without any drama.
