Girls constantly switch outfits. There's a cap during the abyss wishes scene. It's next to Swann, and we've never seen her or anybody else wear that cap! There's also that weird perspective change that people speculate about. These things might point to the 5th person theory, or to something else entirely. Or it's just a random cap lying around to taunt my overthinking brain, I suppose!
