I am terrified

I was laid off over a month ago and have been applying for jobs since before that. I have not gotten a single interview. Just rejections or no responses. I'm terrified that I won't be able to find a job in my field. I am an introvert with really bad social anxiety. I don't know how to network. I don't know how to promote myself. I'm seeing other people who was laid off from the same company starting new jobs while I am here not even getting interviews. Maybe I am just bad.
