If you took test today and had issues, will LSAC count this an attempt towards your 7 lifetime attempts?

Basically what the post says, if you took the test and had issues leading you to file a complaint, will LSAC actually consider this test valid and count towards your attempts? Or since there were issues on their end/Prometrics end, they will negate this test and not count it towards your 7 lifetime attempts (or whatever the amount it).
