Which character needs a big, solid win the most among these?

To date, these 3 established characters: Okubo, Nitoku, Rolón and Kiozan have only ONE on-screen win in the series, however that only win was against legit jobbers (Terashi, Fake Yuzaki, Ramon Yukoband Chiba respectively), so that win feels like a pity win or a in unimportant one.
