something I heard Billy Carson say about Amun-Ra

(billy doesn't have his own Reddit that I'm aware of so I'm posting here) but he mentioned more than once in different podcasts that "Amun-Ra" is evil and the cousin of enlil (Sumerian) and I just wanted to know if anyone else heard this before or has links to more information

I've always heard him painted in a good light and also as a bonus question, how does Ra differ from Amun-Ra specifically?
