Journaling and walking
Every morning I go for a nice little 2 miles walk and after I started pairing Journaling after my walks it just feels so much easier to get thoughts down. Walking gives the space to really observe those thought patterns that been going around in my head, a big bonus doing it in a calming environment as well. The creativity seems to flow si much more effortlessly in my thought process as well, ideas that I would never think of when I am busy. So in conclusion, I think a calm space paired with Journaling goes together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Anybody have experience with walking plus Journaling?
