Jscan Issue

I know I don't own a jeep, but jscan seems to be more oriented towards jeeps, so its being asked here, I have a 2009 Chrysler 300, and any time I select my Bluetooth scanner, the app crashes, it'll say "OBDII connected" in a bubble, and then it'll freeze saying initializing and just outright crash, I've tried to find some sort of error log, but I've come up empty handed, I've tried jscan on both my phone and tablet and both crash
