My Hero Academia x Sky Tree Collab

I went to the skytree website and wanted to see this event but it seems like the link sends you to a 7-11 ticketing website.

I've been studying Japanese for a few months so I was able to do the captcha and make an account but one of the clause is that I have to physically visit the 7-11 to use their multi-copy machine within 2 days of purchase.

It seems like it may be a system to prevent tourists from booking the event?

Not sure if anyone has done any of their other collabs but if I reserve the normal Tembo Deck & Tembo Galleria would I be able to still see the event or is it on a completely separate floor?

It doesn't seem like it sells out I'm looking at Jan 28th and it's still available, even during sunset unlike Shibuya Sky. So I could technically try to book it when I land in Japan, but not sure if they'll check ID because I had to provide a Kanji and a Kana name and prefecture on the 7-11 ticket form. I don't have a Kanji name but worried if I just bypassed it they will check against my ID and won't let me in.
